Links. The following pages contains a highly selective set of links, indexed by subject below. Further links with a specialized focus are scattered like footnotes throughout "The Skeptical Aquarist," in the hope that you'll stumble on them just when you need them, so links devoted solely to cichlids orcatfishes are on those pages.  I've grouped a few outstanding sites devoted entirely to planted aquaria as "Plant links".  In the  condensed reviews on the following pages asterisks identify some of the *best features and a few of the **very best! Sorry about the inevitable broken links: I combed through these links in April 2011.  If you've ever tried to keep a list of links up-to-date, you know it's like herding cats...
 
A.Major Aquarium Hubs, the most general aquarium sites that will link you eventually to everything within six degrees of separation.
 
B. Aquarium Boards/Forums offers one link to all of them.
 
C. Club and Association Homepages are restricted to a few especially informative ones, but notice the link to an inclusive registry.
 
 D. Personal Sites are not meant to be exhaustive.
 
E. Manufacturers' Sites may be handy.
